One of our certified mold inspectors will inspect your building and crawl space for any signs of black mold or other mold. Using a moisture meter, he will find the wet areas of your building. He will also visually inspect the crawl space, pulling back insulation to inspect the sub flooring and joists, walls and building materials for mold. You will receive a non-fonformance document complete with images and/or video to see the problem areas.
In addition to a visual inspection, we will collect samples of questionable areas and send samples to a certified mold testing facility for confirmation of mold and detailed information of the type of mold you have. Standard Turnaround (3-5 business days). This is not a free service,, as we outsource the analysis to a scientific laboratory.
Mold & Moisture Medics team will safely remove your existing mold, and if we have to remove any building materials (wallboard, sub flooring, etc), our team has the ability to replace those materials in a professional, affordable manner.
