No Experience? No Problem!
When we hire someone on our team, we usually prefer someone with the right attitude, skills over someone with experience in our industry. We prefer to train our Medics in our processes, not inherit another company’s way of doing business.
Most mold and moisture is caused in basements and crawlspaces, so our Medics are ofter crawling in some nasty spaces finding nasty surprises. If tight spaces, pests, critters and organisms can freak you out, you might want to look for another job.
